Top five blogs of 2021

With a new year just around the corner, we thought we’d revisit five of our most popular blogs from 2021 and take a moment to thank you for your readership! We promise that we will continue delivering fun and enjoyable internal comms content in the New Year. With that said, here were the five blogs our readers found most engaging this past year!

1. Our guide to improving your intranet user experience

There’s an age-old saying that the best design is one you don’t even notice, and we believe that to be true even with your company’s intranet. In fact, the UI of your intranet can help keep harmony amongst your team. Therefore, it is crucial you include them in discussions about the user experience of your intranet. At IC, we have 20+ years of experience building intranets with great UI/UX, and we share more than a few tips with you in this popular blog! Check it out!

2. The loyal server room vs. private cloud intranet

With the pandemic having pushed most companies to adapt to a remote work environment, it’s time to make your intranet also a remotely functioning server. With IC’s private cloud servers, gone are the days of huge server rooms at risk of short circuits or overheating. Instead, your IT department can save resources by having US take care of the servicing of your intranet! To find out exactly how a private cloud intranet will benefit your team, and the difference between server room and SaaS intranet software, read this great blog from 2021!

3. How to select your intranet name including 15 examples

Your intranet needs a name! And we’re here to help you select the perfect name and share a few of our favorites as examples. Creating naming contests amongst your team, using acronyms, and creating personas are all ways to include your team and give the intranet a personal touch and incentivize workers to regularly check your intranet.
